Brownies

4 Cup walnuts
2/3 Cup raisins
2/3 Cup Medjool dates
2/3 Cup cacao powder
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp water
Grind walnuts in a food processor until the consistency of a meal. (Overgrinding will result in releasing oils and undesirably altering texture.)
Add raisins and dates to combine only
Add the following: cacao, cinnamon, vanilla.
Process until the mixture is blended and crumbly.
Move to a large mixing bowl and add water.
Mix well into a dough like consistency.
Spread evenly into a brownie pan lined with parchment.
Frosting
1/2 Cup agave nectar
1/4 Cup coconut oil, warmed until liquid
2/3 Cup cacao powder
Blend agave in blender before adding coconut oil and cacao powder.
Spread frosting evenly over the brownies.
Place in fridge for 2 hours.
Slice and serve.
Brownies will stay fresh for 1 week in fridge and 1 month in freezer.
