Cashew Burgers

2 medium     Carrots, finely diced
2 cloves        Garlic, minced
1                    Onion, diced
2  Tbsps         low sodium veggie broth
2 Cups           Brown rice, cooked or millet
1 Cup                  Cashews, raw
2/3 Cup               Sunflower seeds
1/3 Cup               Sesame seeds
1/2 Cup               Parsley, minced
1 tsp                Sage, minced
2 Tbsp            Nutritional yeast
2 Tbsp            Vogue Vege Base or soup base
1 tsp               Sea salt
Preheat oven to broil
Saute carrots, garlic, onion until softened in a small amount of oil or veggie broth.
Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
Broil until browned on both sides, about 10 minutes total.
Serve in soft wheat rolls or a large lettuce leaf. Add sprouts, avocado, tomatoes or more.
