2/3 cacao powder
1/2 Cup maple syrup or agave syrup
1/4 Cup coconut oil, warmed to liquid
1/2 vanilla bean, scraped or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 Cups unsweetened shredded coconut
Blend cacao powder, syrup or agave, coconut oil, vanilla and salt in food processor.
Transfer to a bowl, add coconut and combine.
Using a small scoop, form balls and place in freezer on plate with parchment until firm. (about 30 minutes)
Store in fridge or freezer.
