Goji Cacao Energy Bars

1 Cup raw almonds
12 large fresh dates
3 Tbsp goji berries
2 Tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Line a brownie pan with parchment.
Grind almonds into a powder using a food processor.
Mash dates into a paste.
Mix almonds, dates together.
Fold in goji berries, cacao nibs, and vanilla.
