Kale salad for Glowing Skin

1 bunch kale
1 Cup cucumber, diced
1/4 Cup parsley, chopped
1/1/2 avocado, cubed
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 Cup hemp seeds
touch of sea salt
Remove stem and chop kale. Add all ingredients together and gently massage.
Serve at room temperature. Serves 2-4.
