2 Cup rolled oats
2 Cup water
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Heat waffle iron.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until blended.
Add water or nut milk to make the batter easier to pour.
Lightly brush waffle iron with oil just enough to prevent sticking.
Pour in enough batter to reach edges and cook until golden.
Serve with fresh berries and strawberry sauce.
Can be frozen once cooled.
