Raw Marinara Sauce

2 1/2 Cup    Tomatoes, coarsely chopped
12              Sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in water for 15 minutes
3               Dates, pitted and soaked in water for 15 minutes
1/4 Cup         Extra-virgin Olive oil
4               Garlic cloves
2 Tbsp            Parsley, fresh and chopped or basil
1 tsp         Sea salt
1/8 tsp      Cayenne pepper
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Serve immediately or cover and place in fridge for up to 4 days
