Sage Sauce

1 Cup cashews or macadamia nuts, soaked 2 hours
1/4 Cup sesame or hemp seeds
3/4 Cup water
2 Tbsp chickpea miso paste
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp  sea salt
1 date
4 sage leaves
Process in a blender until smooth.
Coat raw zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash, seaweed noodles or brown rice noodles with sauce and serve.
