Spicy Coconut Lime Soup

3 large handfuls spinach
1 large handful cilantro
2 Cup coconut water
1 Cup Thai Young Coconut meat
4 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/4 Cup wheat free tamari or Nama Shoyu
1/2 Tbsp chickpea miso paste
1/2 inch jalapeño
1/2 avocado
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth.
Divide into bowls
Gently float a few cilantro leaves.
Serve.
